If you do not know how to use a windows based help file

As in all windows based help files, all links are underlined and green in colour- this link is only to the current page. The cursor changes to a hand and finger on reaching the link. Popup links are also green but have a broken underline. Mostly clicking Ctrl + F1 after working with the tab where you need to know more about, will open the help topic about that tab.

Other tips -

All filenames are italicised (e.g. c:/Medic/Currlog.bmp)

Column Names are red in color (e.g. LName )

Menu items are set in bold with a slash "/" for separator between heading and item (e.g. Sheet/Outpatients)

< Button Names > are set in bold and between "<" and ">" signs (e.g. < Go >)

Table Names are set in bold (e.g. Adm_New )

Notes and tips to remember are Italicised with a warning bell e.g. {bmc Bell.BMP} Pleae Note :- You cannot readmit an admitted patient If an importatn warning is to be given it will be preceded by a red Bold words Warning

Notes for multi user options are given in blue
